Tutoring and Mentoring
Providing calm, 1:1 tutoring and mentoring both online and in-person. All sessions are playful, accepting and relational, with co-regulation, movement and celebration built in.
What We Offer
We offer confidence-first support for children and young people who need learning to feel safe, accessible and enjoyable. Our sessions are playful, practical and tailored to each learner’s needs — with regulation and wellbeing supported throughout. We work with families to agree clear goals, build small wins, and help progress stick at home, in school, and in wider life.
-
1:1 online sessions designed for neurodivergent and anxious learners, delivered in a calm, structured way. We use visuals, movement breaks and practical activities to keep learning engaging, while adapting in real time if a child becomes dysregulated. Families receive a brief update after sessions so everyone stays aligned on goals and next steps.
Price: Online tutoring is £50 per hour.
-
In-person tutoring during the day in the Huntingdon and Peterborough area. Sessions are built around the child’s needs, with predictable routines, practical resources and a confidence-first approach that supports learning and regulation together. We keep expectations clear, celebrate progress, and work closely with families so strategies carry over into daily life.
Price: In-person tutoring is £60 per hour.

We support families with EOTAS packages by providing structured, purposeful sessions that align with agreed outcomes and focus on the whole child — learning, confidence and emotional wellbeing. We co-produce targets with parents/carers, provide brief session notes, and can support regular reviews where needed. Our approach is flexible and responsive, helping learners re-engage safely and steadily over time.
-
Mentoring sessions support learners who need help with confidence, motivation, routines and self-belief — especially after difficult educational experiences. We focus on building a trusted relationship, developing practical strategies for regulation, and strengthening the habits that help learning happen (communication, independence, resilience and readiness). Mentoring can run alongside tutoring or as a stand-alone option.
-
LEGO®-based sessions use structured, collaborative building to develop communication, turn-taking, problem-solving and confidence. This approach works particularly well for neurodivergent learners because it is motivating, predictable and naturally supports social interaction without pressure. Sessions are guided and goal-focused, with clear roles, routines and celebration built in.
-
We use Zones of Regulation® strategies to help children recognise how they’re feeling and choose tools that support regulation and readiness to learn. This might include visuals, check-ins, sensory tools and simple routines that can be used at home and in school.

“Before working with Zach, our son had been out of formal education for over a year because no setting could meet his needs safely. From the first session, Zach built a genuine connection, even through a screen. He adapts lessons instinctively in real time and understands sensory needs, so sessions feel safe, flexible, and truly tailored. Our son now engages consistently and participates throughout — something that once felt out of reach. We couldn’t recommend him more highly.”

“Zach quickly built an excellent rapport with my daughter. Sessions have been fun and engaging while still providing the educational support she needs. It’s been wonderful to see her enjoy learning again. Her confidence is really growing and we’re seeing big breakthroughs — especially in Maths. In just six weeks, we’ve seen amazing progress.”
— Parent of an 11-year-old (Maths & English catch-up)
“Zach adapts to her needs in each session and this is driving brilliant results.”
